We returned home a little late last evening and Dave planning to get up at 1:30 a.m. again to go fishing so decided to wait until Monday morning. Just as we sat down at the computer this morning the elders arrived and asked if they could use our computer to do the P day e-mailing rather than going to the library. How can you say no? Some how they arrived just in time for breakfast as well. Even though they said they had already had breakfast they sat down and had more. Elder Rosales is the district leader so in addition to his personal e-mails he also prepared some print outs for tomorrows district meeting which took some time so it was a little after mid day noon when they departed. But that is OK. We enjoy their company and they are fun to be with. They help us as much as possible in our assignments so we appreciate them. Last Monday we drove to Castries to spend the night. Zone conference on Tuesday and as two other couples and President and Sister Robison were flying in Monday afternoon it was decided to have a couples night out Monday evening. So with us and the Castries couple there were ten of us total. President Robison took us to a little sandwich shop where the specialty is "Gyro's", (pronounced Hero's) lamb or chicken sandwiches. A great choice as the sandwiches were the best. You should taste one. From the sandwich shop we walked a block and one-half to an ice cream parlor that was every bit as good as the sandwich shop. So next time we eat in Castries we know where we are going to dine. It was a most enjoyable evening and gave us the opportunity to meet two of the couples for the first time-one of them new to the mission. Also interesting that two of the senior elders also play racquetball so we didn't lack for something to talk about. We spent quite a bit of time going with the elders to teach this week. From a couple of the pictures you can tell in rather unique areas. We enjoy going with them and glad that they want to include us in their teaching. On Wednesday we moved them into a new apartment. They found enough reasons with the old one to merit a change, we got approval to do so, but now we are not sure we solved all the problems. Time will tell. Next to President Nicholas the most notable member of the branch, Ganesh, is moving to Castries. He is one of those you can call on for anything at anytime and they come through. Everyone knows and loves Ganesh. We have told him if he were in the states he would be in demand as a youth Sunday Night fireside speaker. Saturday afternoon the Branch held a farewell picnic in his honor which was a delightful affair enjoyed by all. Thanks for all the help and tell all hello for us. Love Elder and Sister Dave and Dora.P.S. the fishing trip was cancelled at 2:00 a.m. because of rain. --
